Topographical Surveyor for Highway Supervision Project

About the project

The project is located in Kigoma Region in the Western part of Tanzania. Provide consultancy services for the supervision of upgrading a 50 km road to Bitumen standard.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

• Must possess a minimum of Diploma in Land Surveying.
• Must have eight (8) years cumulative experience in road design and construction supervision.
• Must have served in a similar capacity on at least two (2) road construction projects in the last 10 years
• Must have a working experience of at least 3 years in Sub-Sahara countries
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory

It would be advantageous to have;

• Experience in the Region
• Working level of fluency in local language(s)
• Knowledge of local culture or administrative system and government organisation

Approximately 18 Man-months
