ALL ORDINARILY RESIDENT (OR) APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THE REQUIRED WORK ANDIOR RESIDENCY PERMITS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION.

The US Embassy is seeking an individual for the position of Voucher Examiner in the Budget and Fiscal Office.

BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION

Examine and process all types of payment vouchers for various invoices e.g. purchase of goods and/or services, Contracts, Leases, Allowances, Travel, Grants and Staff medical bills. In so doing, observe the various governing laws, regulation and policy, to ensure legality, appropriateness and accuracy of each Payment voucher before forwarding for approval and certification.

There are four Voucher Examiners and each serves as a backup of one another.
